Get the CaddyTek CaddyCruiser ONE V8. At $219 list it's $111 cheaper than the PX4, it folds to a known 17 × 14.2 × 26.4 inches, and it includes a foot brake. The PX4 is worth the extra money if you regularly carry an umbrella and want Sun Mountain's three-year frame warranty — but those are specific things to pay $111 for, not a general upgrade.
Both are four-wheel push carts with a cup holder and a storage console. Both name their fold — CaddyTek's one-click, Sun Mountain's two-step E-Z Latch. Neither publishes an open footprint.
CaddyTek publishes a folded size: 17 × 14.2 × 26.4 inches, which works out to 3.7 cubic feet. That 26.4-inch longest dimension is the one to measure your trunk against before you assume it lies flat. Sun Mountain doesn't publish a folded size for the PX4, so there's no comparison to make. You'd need to find one in a store and fold it yourself.
On weight, CaddyTek gives a ceiling of "under 17 lbs" rather than an actual figure. Sun Mountain says the PX4 is 17.2 lbs. Because one is a ceiling and the other is a stated number, calling either cart lighter wouldn't be honest.
The CaddyCruiser ONE V8 has a foot brake. Sun Mountain's copy for the PX4 doesn't describe one. On a flat course that silence costs you nothing. On a slope where you're lining up a putt and don't want the cart drifting toward the green, it matters — and the CaddyTek is the one with a brake on its spec sheet.
The PX4 comes with dual umbrella holders, a mesh basket, a valuables pouch, and adjustable bungee straps for the bag. That's the longer list of named accessories. The CaddyCruiser ONE V8 includes a phone and GPS holder and a mesh net, but CaddyTek doesn't mention an umbrella holder. If you walk in the rain and want to keep your bag dry, that's a real difference: the PX4's holders are confirmed in the box, and CaddyTek's page doesn't mention one either way.
The CaddyTek's phone holder is a small convenience that adds up over 18 holes — your GPS is already in your hand, you set the cart in motion, you look down. The PX4 answers with an accessory console.
