Get the Motocaddy M7 GPS Remote. It runs the same twin 230W motors, folds to the same size, carries the same GPS screen, and lists at $300 less. The M-Tech Remote adds a feature Motocaddy calls adaptive terrain stability and a longer trolley warranty. If those two things are worth $300 to you, that's the case for it. If they aren't, the M7 GPS Remote has the rest of the list.
Both run twin 230W motors, carry the same 28V ULTRA lithium battery, fold to 25.5 × 20.3 × 16.5 inches, and include a 3.5-inch GPS touchscreen covering 40,000 courses. The USB-C rechargeable remote has a stated range of more than 100 metres on each. Both use EASILOCK bag retention, include an umbrella holder, cup holder, and storage console, and share a 60-month battery warranty.
The M7 GPS Remote lists at $2,099. The M-Tech Remote lists at $2,399. That $300 at list is the whole question on this page, because the specs overlap almost line for line.
Two things the M-Tech Remote has that the M7 GPS Remote doesn't: adaptive terrain stability and an extra year on the trolley warranty. Motocaddy lists adaptive terrain stability among the M-Tech Remote's features, and it isn't on the M7 GPS Remote's list. The trolley warranty runs 36 months on the M-Tech Remote versus 24 months on the M7 GPS Remote; both cover five years on the battery. That's a real difference if something goes wrong in year three.
The M7 GPS Remote lists a "CLICK 'N' CONNECT cable-free" battery connection and arrives with a free accessory pack — Motocaddy's phrase, not mine. Beyond that, the feature set is a close match: same downhill control, same rotating twin front wheels, same retractable anti-tip rear wheel, same EASILOCK.
Both fold identically — 25.5 × 20.3 × 16.5 inches, 4.9 cubic feet. Motocaddy's spec table lists the M-Tech Remote at 34 lbs and the M7 GPS Remote at 33 lbs, but neither page says whether those figures include the battery. There's no telling whether they measure the same thing, so I won't call either one lighter.
Motocaddy US doesn't publish a battery range in holes for either cart. If that number matters to you, it's worth a call to the retailer before you buy.

The M-Tech Remote earns the premium if adaptive terrain stability is a feature you specifically want, or if the extra warranty year matters to you. Anywhere else, $300 is $300.
